Front doors only:
a.
Remove lower A-pillar area triangular trim piece.
b.
Loosen side door mirror assembly (loosen three 10mm bolts at lower A-pillar area).

Remove the plastic door liner.
4.
Remove door glass.

Remove glass run rubber

Front doors only:

Clean painted metal surface where the outer lip of the glass run rubber was positioned to remove any residual adhesive. Use an appropriate
solvent.
6.
Install applied glass run rubber from the Parts Information section of this bulletin.
6a.
Front doors only:

Start installation at bottom end of B-pillar area and work towards the roof top, then begin at bottom end of A-pillar area and work towards the
roof top, finish up by working across the roof line.

If the double sided tape on the outer lip of the glass run rubber does not adequately stick to the A-pillar area, apply suitable adhesive (3M
Super Weatherstrip Adhesive P/N 051135-08008 or equivalent). Clean off any excess adhesive from the glass run rubber and the A-pillar area
after application.
9. Reassemble in reverse order of disassembly.
Recheck:
Test the vehicle as described in "Verify" above to ensure the repair is complete.
Wind Flutter/Buzzing Noise Near Front Door Glass Run Rubber

There may be a wind "flutter" or buzzing noise near the front door glass run rubber area (A-pillar area) while driving the vehicle.
Incident can be identified by taping over the area where the outer lip of the front door glass run rubber goes over the A-pillar area (see Figure
2). If the noise stops, it is the glass run rubber.
Isolate:
The outer lip of the glass run rubber may peel back from the painted surface of the A-pillar area. Use the glass run rubber listed in the Parts Information
table at the end of this bulletin and the repair procedure below to resolve the incident.
