Refill the radiator and reservoir tank to the MAX level and install the radiator cap and check for leaks. Run the engine to operating temperature to
further check for leaks. See the service manual page MA-12; steps 7 through 17 for further instructions.

CAUTION:  Be sure to use only an ethylene glycol anti-freeze with the proper mix ratio (see below). Other types of coolant solutions may
damage the cooling system.

Install the protector cap on the plug when not in use.

WARNING:  Before connecting the engine heater to a power source, make sure the cooling system is filled with the recommended coolant to the
factory specified level.

Install the Differential Housing

1.

Install the four bolts (per side) that attach the differential housing to the mounting brackets.

2.

Torque the bolts to 34-49 N.m (25-36 ft-lb).

Install the Front Drive Shaft

1.

Install the six bolts (per side) that attach the drive shafts to the differential housing.

2.

Torque the bolts to 34-44 Nm (25-33 ft.lb).

Connect the Front Propeller Shaft

1.

Align the blue mark on the front end of the propeller shaft with the white or yellow mark located on the outer edge of the differential flange.

NOTE:  There are four other white marks on the differential flange next to each bolt hole. Do not match the blue mark with any of these marks.
Align the blue mark only with the white or yellow mark that is located between the bolt holes as indicated in the figure below.

Insert the four bolts into the flanges of the propeller shaft and the differential. Put the nuts on the bolts but do not tighten at this time.
