Place the insulator support (RH part # 20581-64J00 / LH part # 20581-57Y00) between the heat shield and exhaust tube (see Figure 4a).  Install
the hose clamp (part # 14464-79903) over the insulator and exhaust tube as shown in Figure 4b.  Hose Clamp Torque:  40 in-lb.  Trim any excess
as shown in Figure 4b.

Test drive the vehicle as described on page one of this bulletin to confirm the noise is eliminated.
