Dear Nissan Owner,

Our records indicate that you are the owner of a 1996 Pathfinder. Nissan has received reports of reduced power and difficulty in starting the engine on
some 1996 Pathfinders. This is due to a mis-positioned fuel line attached to the fuel pump located inside the gas tank.

Because we are very concerned about your satisfaction, we are requesting that you contact your Nissan dealer today for an appointment to have the fuel
line replaced free of charge. Even if have not experienced any problems of this nature with your Pathfinder, we recommend that you make an
appointment now to avoid any future inconvenience.

Please contact your Nissan dealer and make an appointment for replacement of the fuel line. This replacement will take approximately one hour,
however, your dealer may require your vehicle for a longer period of time based on their work schedule. Please bring this notice with you when you keep
your service appointment. If the dealer fails, or is unable to make the necessary repairs free of charge, you may contact the National Consumer Affairs
