Front Heater and Cooling Unit Assembly

Removal and Installation

FRONT HEATER CORE

Removal

1. Remove the front heater and cooling unit assembly. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair
2. Remove the three screws and remove the front heater core cover.
3. Remove the front heater core and evaporator pipe bracket.

4. Remove the front heater core.
