Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair

DRIVE BELT  

REMOVAL
1. Remove air duct and resonator assembly (inlet). 
2. Remove drive belt.
3. Remove radiator cooling fan assembly.
4. Remove auto tensioner and idler pulley using power tool.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
