Power is supplied at all times

through 7.5 A fuse [No. 15, located in the fuse block (J/B)].
With the spot lamp switch in the ON position, ground is supplied
-
to spot lamp terminal 2
-
through body grounds M4 and M77.
With power and ground supplied, the spot lamp turns ON.
