Install the new vacuum hose (with clamps) between the vacuum fitting and the throttle opener (see Figure 3).

NOTE:

Apply Canopus 13 oil (P/N 999MP-AJ000) in the ends of the hose before Installation

To ensure the hose is correctly installed and is not twisted, align the white dot on the hose with the white dot on the vacuum fitting (see
Figure 3)

Install the new purge hose (with purge hose clip for 1996-97 P50) between the vacuum fitting and the purge control valve.

NOTE:

Apply Canopus 13 oil (P/N 999MP-AJ000) in the ends of the hose before installation.

12.

Install the new tie wrap (if applicable) around the vacuum hose and the purge hose (see Figure 4). Once installed, cut off excess length of the tie
wrap to avoid interference with other components.
