While holding the adjusting tool so that the actuation arm is still bottomed out on the stopper bolt, tighten the bolts with a box wrench, then torque
the bolts to 17.7-23.5 N.m (13-17 ft-lbs). See Figure 13.

After torquing the bolts, reinstall the special tool to confirm the correct adjustment. 

NOTE: 

After removing the special tool the actuation arm will spring back towards the right side of the vehicle. This is normal. To recheck the adjustment,
put the pin end of the tool "A" into the actuation arm and push the arm to the left. The hole in the opposite end of the tool "B" should slip over the
bolt head if the adjustment is correct. If it does not fit, readjust as necessary. See Figure 14.
