Remove the duct tape. Place a piece of vinyl foam tape (3M P/N 051131-06370, or equivalent) inside the window sash molding as shown in
Figures 3 and 4. Cut and trim the foam tape as necessary to achieve a good seal between the window sash molding and the window glass.

Test drive the vehicle to confirm the repair.
