Loosen bolts in numerical order as shown in the figure.

In the cover, the shaft is engaged with the center hole of the intake cam sprocket. Remove it straight out until the engagement comes off.

28. Remove front timing chain case bolts.

Loosen bolts in numerical order as shown in the figure.

29. Remove front timing chain case. 

-

Do not scratch sealing surfaces.

30. Remove internal chain guide.
31. Remove upper tension guide.
32. Remove timing chain tensioner and slack guide.
