2.

Trim any burrs from the hook body and hook collar.  Install the hook collar back onto the hook body as shown in Figure 2.

NOTE:  

Do not push the collar on any further than is shown in Figure 2.  Also keep the alignment lines straight as shown in Figure 2.

Insert the cargo net elastic cord loop fully into the replacement hook body as shown in Figure 3.

4.

Using a pair of pliers or other suitable tool, push the hook collar onto the hook body, seating it.

NOTE:  

Make sure the alignment lines are still straight.  This will engage the hook body locks into the hook collar.
