WHEEL NUT TORQUE INFORMATION - 1983/1984 720 CAB & CHASSIS MODELS, DUAL AND SINGLE WHEEL

Wheel nut torque for cab and chassis is as follows:

Dual Rear Wheel Models 167 to 202 ft - lbs. (23 to 28 kg - m)

Retighten after the first 100 miles (160 km) and again after the first 600 miles (1000 km) to the torque given above. In addition, when lug nuts
are loosened for any reason, the same retightening procedure must be repeated.

Front and Single Rear Wheel Models 87 to 108 ft - lbs. (12 to 15 kg - m)
