Throttle Position Switch: Description and Operation
Throttle Valve Switch, Carbureted

    The throttle valve switch, mounted on the carburetor, is actuated by movement of the accelerator pedal. The switch idle contact is closed when the
throttle valve is positioned at idle and is open at all other positions.
