Vacuum Brake Booster: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1.

Remove master cylinder as previously described.

2.

Disconnect brake booster at brake pedal.

3.

Disconnect check valve hose at power booster.

4.

Disconnect vacuum hose(s), if equipped.

5.

Remove booster attaching bolts and/or nuts and the booster.

INSTALLATION

1.

Adjust input length B, Fig. 16, to specifications, Fig. 17, by turning clevis pin.

2.

Reverse removal procedure to install.
