Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) Heater: Testing and Inspection
1. Ensure that battery voltage exists at harness connector.
2. Check continuity between terminals of carburetor insulator. Specification is 60-85 ohms.
3. Check continuity between terminals of water temperature switch at connector.
