The window height must be checked with the window completely rolled up and so that inner skin at the edge of the door is 25 mm from the outer
skin of the quarter panel (Figure 1). NOTE:

Make a 25 mm spacer, using a piece of 3/4" heater hose. Use it to hold the door in position while checking the window height and tilt angle.

With the door open 25 mm, the top edge of the window should be just below (0.8-1.5 mm) the surface of the window glass stopper. The outside of
the window should also be flush with the outside of the stopper (Figure 2).

When the window is properly adjusted, it will fit under the stopper when the door is closed (Figure 3).
