Removal
1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Instrument Panel.

2. Remove the RH, center, and LH ventilator duct.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Removal
1. Remove the front heater and cooling unit assembly. Refer to See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Removal And Installation.
2. Remove the three clips and remove the floor connector duct.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

FLOOR DISTRIBUTION DUCT

Removal
1. Remove the center lower trim. Refer to See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Instrument Panel.

2. Remove the clip and remove the floor distribution duct.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Removal
1. Remove the center lower trim. Refer to See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

2. Remove the clip and remove the floor distribution duct.
3. Remove the floor junction duct.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
