REMOVAL
1. Remove the cowl top. Refer to See: Body and Frame/Cowl/Cowl Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair.
2. Partially drain the engine cooling system. Refer to See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant/Service and Repair.
3. Unclip the heater pump from the cowl top extension.
4. Disconnect the heater pump electrical connector and the two heater hoses, then remove the heater pump.

CAUTION:
Do not disassemble the heater pump, replace the heater pump as an assembly.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
