Replace the drain tube seal with the countermeasure seal (see Figure 3).

Reinstall the A/C blower assembly according to the 1996 Quest Service Manual (page HA-163).

NOTE: 

When reinstalling the A/C blower assembly, make sure the carpet and/or insulation do not interfere with the drain tube seal and that the drain tube
seal is fully seated against the engine room wall (refer to Figure 4).
