2. If witness marks are present or the spring is not centered, install 1 flat  washer 01311-01171 (2 required-1 per bolt, largest I.D., approximately 5/8

in.) at each upper mount between the inner plate and body attachment and 1 flat washer 01311-01181 (smallest I.D., approximately 1/2 in.) at the
lower mount between the inner plate and the front eye of the leaf spring (see Figure 2).

3. Confirm the U-bolts attaching the rear axle housing to the rear leaf springs are torqued to 79-99 N-m, 8.1 -10.8 kg-m, 59-73 ft-lb. as specified in

the Service Manual.
