Note: Bolts for (4), (5), (12) and (13) are longer than the others.

L.1:  127 mm (5.00 inch) for (4), (5), (12), and (13),
L.2:  106 mm (4.17 inch) for others 

Tighten cylinder head bolts in numerical order using Tool ST10120000 (J24239-01).
a. Tighten all bolts to 29 Nm (3.0 kg.m, 22 ft. lbs.).
b. Tighten all bolts to 59 Nm (6.0 kg.m, 43 ft. lbs.).
c. Loosen all bolts completely.
d. Tighten all bolts to 29 Nm (3.0 kg.m, 22 ft. lbs.).
e. Turn all bolts 60° to 65° clockwise.

If an angle wrench is not available, tighten all bolts to 54 to 64 Nm (5.5 to 6.5 kg.m, 40 to 47 ft. lbs.).

Tighten cylinder head bolt A to 9 - 12 Nm (0.9 - 1.2 kg.m, 78 - 104 inch lbs.) using Tool ST10120000 (J24239-01).

Intake Manifold 

1. Tighten bolts and nuts (1) - (8) in numerical order - 3 - 5 Nm (0.3 - 0.5 kg.m, 22 - 3.6 ft. lbs.)
2. Tighten bolts and nuts in the specified order:

Bolts:  13 - 17 Nm (1.3 - 1.7 kg.m, 9 - 12 ft. lbs.)
Nuts:  24 - 27 Nm (2.4 - 2.8 kg.m, 17 - 20 ft. lbs.)

3. Retighten bolts and nuts in the specified order - Same as those of step 2.
