Disassembly and Assembly

SEATBACK

Disassembly

1. Remove the seatback side bracket.

-

Remove the mounting bolt (A), and then remove seatback side bracket.

2. Remove the seatback trim and seatback pad.

-

Turn seatback lock knob counterclockwise to remove.

-

Remove the clips and pawl, and the seatback lock finisher.

-

Remove the seatback trim and seatback pad from the seatback frame.

-

Remove the hog rings to separate the seatback trim and seatback pad.

3. Remove the seatback silencer.
4. Remove the seatback lock assembly.

-

Remove the mounting bolt (A), and then remove seatback lock assembly.

Assembly

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

CAUTION:  Install the hog rings of seatback trim in position, and then securely connect the trim or trim cord with the seatback frame and pad
