Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Remove A/C unit assembly. Refer to exploded views.

2. Remove heater packing (1).
3. Remove heater pipe flange (2).
4. Remove mounting screw (A), and then remove heater pipe clamp (3).
5. Slide heater core (4) to leftward (as shown in the figure).

INSTALLATION

Installation is basically the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:  Refer to "Refilling", when filling radiator with engine coolant.
