CAUTION: Never remove or disassemble parts unless instructed in the figure.

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

WARNING:

Put a "CAUTION: FLAMMABLE" sign in the work shop.

Be sure to work in a well ventilated area and furnish work shop with a CO2 fire extinguisher.

Never smoke while servicing fuel system. Keep open flames and sparks away from the work area.

1. Release fuel pressure. Refer to EC-486, "Inspection". 
2. Remove air cleaner case, mass air flow sensor and air duct assembly.

3. Disconnect quick connector (A) with the following procedure:

1: Fuel feed hose
<---: Vehicle front

CAUTION: Disconnect quick connector by using quick connector release, not by picking out retainer tabs.
