Is the inspection result normal? 

YES >> GO TO 6.
NO >>

Repair or replace damaged parts.

6. CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN CVT DEVICE AND COMBINATION METER (PART 1)
1. Disconnect combination meter connector.
2. Check continuity between control device vehicle side harness connector terminal and combination meter vehicle side harness connector terminal.

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES >> GO TO 7.
NO >>

Repair or replace damaged parts.

7. CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN CVT DEVICE AND COMBINATION METER (STEP 2) 
Check continuity between control device vehicle side harness connector terminal and ground.

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES >> GO TO 8.
NO >>Repair or replace damaged parts.

8. DETECT MALFUNCTIONING ITEMS
Check TCM connector pin terminals for damage or loose connection with harness connector. 
Is the inspection result normal? 

YES >> Replace TCM. 
NO >>

Repair or replace damaged parts.

Component Inspection (Overdrive Control Switch)

1. CHECK OVERDRIVE CONTROL SWITCH
Check continuity between overdrive control switch connector terminals.

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES >> INSPECTION END
NO >>

Repair or replace damaged parts.
