5. Click on CONSULT Utilities, and then click on CONSULT-III (picture not shown in this bulletin).

6. Wait for the "Detecting VI / MI in progress¡" message to clear (picture not shown in this bulletin).

7. Highlight the detected VI from the list by clicking on it (see Figure 2).

8. Click on Connect (see Figure 2).

9. Wait for the "Checking the firmware version" message to clear (picture not shown in this bulletin).

10. Select the applied vehicle (Altima, Sentra, or Rogue), and then select the model year (see Figure 3).

Click on and drag the scroll bars up or down to find your vehicle and model year (see Figure 3).

When clicked on, the Vehicle Name and Model Year will highlight (picture not shown in this bulletin).

11. Click on "Select" (see Figure 3).
