If your vehicle's ECM P/N is listed in the chart below:
a.
Look under the Select # column, write down the 2-digit number that matches your vehicle ECM-if applicable.
b.
Perform ECM Reprogramming, then
c.
Perform DTC Confirmation.

IMPORTANT:

Some States that have traditionally required California emissions may have both CAL SULEV and 50-State Emissions Level vehicles.

Refer to the Current ECM P/N to properly determine the vehicle configuration.
NOTE:

Some of the Vehicle Configurations may have 2 different Reprogramming Data choices in ASIST, depending on the Current ECM P/N.
^
When there is more than 1 choice for a particular configuration, an ASIST Data Select # will show before the "To" number in ASIST.
^
In that case, use the ASIST Data Select # to choose the appropriate Reprogramming Data from ASIST.

There are four basic steps (tasks) under Step B:
1.
Download (transfer) reprogramming data from ASIST into CONSULT-II.
2.
"Preparation" steps before reprogramming ECM.
3.
Reprogram the ECM.
