REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.

Raise and support front of vehicle and remove wheel.

2.

Disconnect brake hose from brake tube.

3.

Remove caliper assembly from spindle.

4.

Reverse procedure to install.

DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

1.

Remove pin bolts and separate cylinder body from torque member, Fig. 9.

2.

Remove pad retainers, shims and brake pads.

3.

Feed compressed air gradually into caliper port and force out piston(s) with dust seals.

4.

Remove piston seals, sub pins, main pins and dust seals, Fig. 9.

5.

Reverse procedure to assemble.
