Valve Guide Seal: Service and Repair

    When removing valve oil seals, be sure piston under valve set being serviced is at TDC. This will prevent valves from falling into cylinder.

1.

Remove rocker cover, rocker shaft assembly, valve spring and valve oil seal.

2.

Coat new oil seal with clean engine oil and install.
