9.

Install 3-point belt upper anchor bolt and torque to 26-32 ft.lbs.

Install upper anchor bolt finsher cap.

Remove original retractor unit.

12.

Install retro-fit lower anchor bolt at original retractor location. Torque bolt to 26-32 ft.lbs.

13.

Trim the lower quarter panel finisher using the dimensions shown below:

Reinstall lower quarter panel finisher.

15.

Install the belt access finisher from the retro-fit kit. (It snaps into two holes in the retractor unit.)

16.

Reinstall quarter window adjust cable and finisher.

17.

Remove original female buckle.

18.

Install female buckle from retro-fit kit. Torque mounting bolt to 26-32 ft.lbs. (3.65-4.65 kg-m).

19.

Check retro-fit belt and buckle for smooth operation.

20.

Reinstall front belt upper and lower anchors. Torque mounting bolts to 26-32 ft.lbs. (3.65-4.65 kg/m).

21.

Reinstall front belt finishers.

22.

Reinstall rocker sill cover.

23.

Reinstall lower seat cushion.
