APPLIED MODELS: All Nissan Front Wheel Drive Models
SERVICE INFORMATION
When servicing the drive shaft of a front wheel drive model, the following cautions should be noted to protect the drive shaft boot.

When removing or installing the drive shaft, cover the drive shaft boot with a suitable protector.

Apply tape to the serrated end of the drive shaft when removing or installing the boot.
In addition, use the following procedure when greasing the drive shafts of 1982-1986 Stanza (T11) vehicle

Tilt the shaft to allow clearance for the grease tube nozzle. Insert the nozzle and inject 140 to 150 g (4.9 to 5.3 oz) of grease. (Dust cover repair
