Instruments - Erratic Fuel Gauge Readings

SENTRA; FUEL GAUGE ISSUES AND/OR DTC P0461 / P0462 / P0463

APPLIED VEHICLE: 2007-2010 Sentra (B16)

IF YOU CONFIRM:

The fuel gauge is erratic, inaccurate, or inoperative

And / Or

The MIL is "ON" with DTC P0461, P0462, or P0463 stored in Self-Diagnosis.

ACTION:

Replace the fuel level sensor unit.

^ Refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE section of this bulletin for repair procedure.

^ Use the parts listed in the PARTS INFORMATION section of this bulletin.

NOTE:

Do not replace the entire fuel pump module assembly for this incident, if it should occur.
