SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

Inspect the distance between the high pressure hose and the EAI tube. The clearance must be between 3/8 to 1/2 inch.

Install an 8 inch heavy duty tie-wrap (P/N 01552-00411, package of 10) around the high pressure hose and the fan motor assembly stay (Figures
2).

NOTE:

Be certain the tie-wrap does not contact the fan motor harness.

Slowly tighten the tie-wrap so that the high pressure hose is pulled away from the EAI tube (Figure 3).

CAUTION: Do not cinch the the tie-wrap completely. The clearance between the high pressure hose and EAI tube must be at least 3/8 and no

more than 1/2 inch. Be certain the high pressure hose does not come in contact with the fan shroud.
