APPLIED MODEL: 1984-1986 Sentra and 1984-1986 Pulsar NX (FEDERAL MODELS ONLY)

SERVICE INFORMATION

The exhaust system of some Federal Sentra and Pulsar NX models may exhibit a buzz or rattle noise. This noise is especially noticeable during the
engine warm-up period.

Use the following Parts Information and Service Procedure to replace the existing front exhaust tube heat shields (insulators) with new parts which
contain a graphite insulator at the areas where the heat shield is clamped to the exhaust pipe.
