Remove the original VCM filter and vacuum switch "A" (Figure 1, step 1) from the bracket on the passenger side strut tower. Then remove and
discard the bracket.

2.

Install the new VCM filter mounting bracket to the strut tower using the existing mounting holes (Figure 2, Step 2).

3.

Remove vacuum switch "B" and harness connector "A" from the mounting bracket on the front side of the strut tower (Figure 1, Step 3). Remove
and discard the bracket.

4.

Install the new vacuum switch mounting bracket to the front side of the strut tower using the existing mounting holes (Figure 2, Step 4).

5.

Mount the new harness connector bracket to the inner fender panel using the existing mounting holes (Figure 2, Step 5).

6.

Remove the hoses from the two vacuum switches ("A" and "B") and the hose between the intake manifold and metal "T" connector (Figure 1, Step
6). Install the new vacuum hoses using the original metal "T" connector.
