Fast Idle Adjustment

1.

Run engine until normal operating temperature is reached.

2.

Set fast idle arm on second step of fast idle cam as follows: 

a. Manually open throttle far enough to let the choke valve be pushed fully closed with your finger.
b. Release the throttle and then release the choke valve.

3.

On all models, check fast idle speed and adjust as necessary by turning fast idle adjusting screw, Fig. 1.
