Electro Injection Unit (TBI Type Fuel Inj): Description and Operation

Throttle Body

The throttle body is mounted on the intake manifold. It contains the fuel injector, air flow meter, throttle sensor/idle switch, fuel pressure regulator and
idle speed control systems. The throttle body controls the amount of air entering the engine by means of a butterfly valve at the bottom of its bore. Fuel is
sprayed from the injector directly on top of the throttle valve butterfly and then into the engine.
