CLUTCH INTERLOCK SWITCH ADJUSTMENT

1.

Adjust clutch pedal height, dimension ``H'' in Fig. 1, to specifications, Fig. 2, using pedal stop or clutch switch, dimension ``C.''

Adjust withdrawal lever play, dimension ``B,'' Fig. 3, with the adjuster or locknuts, to specifications, Fig. 2.

Adjust dimension ``C'' Fig. 4 to .004-.039 inch with clutch pedal fully depressed.

Measure clutch pedal freeplay as shown in Fig. 1, dimension ``A.'' Clutch pedal freeplay should be as specified in Fig. 2. Clutch pedal freeplay is
the sum of play between the clevis pin and clevis pin hole.

After the above adjustments have been completed, cycle clutch pedal several times to ensure clutch linkage operates smoothly without binding.
