Replace the Thermo Control Module with the new one, making sure the probe is inserted in the evaporator core in the specified new location (see
Figure 1).

IMPORTANT:

The location of the new Thermo Control Module probe is different from the mold probe location. Make sure the new probe is inserted as shown
in Figure 1.

Make sure the Thermo Probe clip is fully seated and locked into position (see Figure 1).

Install new 0-rings at the evaporator fittings:

P/N 92471-N8210 for high side (smaller tube)

^

P/N 92473-N8210 for low side (larger tube)

4.

Re-install the evaporator core assembly in reverse order of removal.

5.

Remove any residual refrigerant oil or dye from the evaporator fittings.

6.

Evacuate and re-charge the A/C system with 0.45-0.55 kg (0.99-1.21 lb) of R134a.

7.

Perform a leak check.
