As the demands on the vehicle battery increase with the complexity of electrical systems, there is a need for a usable, consistent and repeatable procedure
for determining the need for charging or replacement of vehicle batteries.

It is the Dealer's responsibility to determine the condition/chargeability of a battery, prior to replacement of the battery.
