Valve Guide Seal: Service and Repair

1. Remove rocker cover.
2. Remove camshaft.
3. Remove valve spring. 
4. Remove valve oil seal with valve oil seal puller tool No. KV10107902, or equivalent.

NOTE:  The piston concerned should be set at TDC to prevent valve from falling.

5. Apply new engine oil to new valve oil seal and install it with valve oil seal drift tool No. KV10115600, or equivalent.
