Turn the ignition switch "OFF".

B4.

Open hood and set the support rod in place.

B5.

Note the position of the wiper arms in relation to the cowl for later reassembly.

B6.

Remove the wiper arm bolt cover caps from both wiper arms and both wiper arm nuts.

B7.

Remove both wiper arms using Kent Moore tool # J-43414 (see Figure 2).

B8.

Use Kent Moore tool # J-43415 as a lever to pry the mounting clips from the driver's side cowl cover (see Figure 3). Repeat on the passenger's side
for the ONE mounting clip nearest to the overlap with the driver's side cowl cover.

CAUTION: 

Be careful not to scratch the paint or damage the windshield.
