B9.

Remove the cowl cover top sealing rubber strip from the driver's side cowl cover. Pinch and lift the first 5 clips of the rubber strip with a pair of
needle nose pliers (see Figure 4).

B10. Remove driver's side cowl top cover.

Seal Installation and Reassembly.

B11. The area where the seal is to be applied is next to the center wiper pivot, as shown by the circled area in Figure 5.

B12. Remove all moisture, dirt and debris from the seal area, shown within the circled area in Figure 6a. Clean the area, using isopropyl (rubbing)

alcohol and a clean rag.
