Throttle Sensor-Soft/Hard Idle Switch

HARD IDLE SWITCH

The hard idle switch is mounted in the throttle sensor on the throttle shaft. This switch closes at idle to signal the ECU when the throttle is in the
idle position. It is made up of contact points and is used for self diagnosis purposes.
