Remove the condenser fan and apply felt cloth tape to the lower mounting tabs (see Figure 1, also Figure 2).

Refer to section CO in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for condenser fan (Engine Cooling Fan) removal and installation information.

Reinstall the fan using the new attachment bolt listed in the Parts Information.

When reinstalling the fan, make sure it's adjusted to the full down position.

Make sure the fan assembly does not have looseness or play at the lower mounting tabs.

3.

Test drive the vehicle and make sure the rattle is gone.
