2004 TITAN / ARMADA; HUMMING NOISE FROM HVAC SYSTEM
This bulletin has been amended to clarify the Service Procedure. Please discard paper copies of all earlier versions.
APPLIED VEHICLES:
2004 Titan (A60)
2004 Armada (TA60)
APPLIED DATE:
Vehicles built before December 12, 2003
IF YOU CONFIRM:
A humming noise is coming from the HVAC system during the following 4 conditions:
^
The vehicle is in "front defrost" mode, and
^
the A/C is off and
^
the temperature is at "max warm" and
^
the fan speed is at # 3 or # 4.
ACTIONS:
Replace the Heater Side Link (Cam) assembly.
