Heater Control Valve: Description and Operation

Water Valve Circuit

COMPONENT DESCRIPTION 

Water Valve

The water valve cuts the flow of engine coolant to the heater core to allow for maximum cooling during A/C operation. The water valve is controlled by
the front air control through the water valve relay, and is closed anytime the temperature switch is set to full cold.
