Disconnect the Shift Lock Control Unit Wire Harness Connector (see Figure 7).

Use a small pick or screw driver to press on the connector lock tab. This will release the connector (see Figure 7).

Remove the two 12 mm Hex-Head Bolts and remove the original (old) A/T Column Shifter (see Figure 8).

The top Bolt is 15 mm long and the bottom Bolt is 25 mm long
^
Install the new A/T Column Shifter (see Figure 8).

The top Bolt is 15 mm long and the bottom Bolt is 25 mm long
^
Tighten the Bolts to: 15 Nm (1.5 Kg-m, 11 ft-lb, 132 in-lb)
