8. Remove front oil seal using the side bearing outer race puller 

Tool number: ST33290001 (J-34286)

INSTALLATION 

1. Apply multi-purpose grease to cavity at sealing lips of oil seal. Press front oil seal into axle housing using Tool.

Tool number: ST15310000 ( - )

NOTE:

When installing the front oil seal, be careful not to set it inclined.

Discard the old front oil seal. Always replace with a new one.

2. Install companion flange.
